Subscription, cancellation & refunds

Main Street Profit plans are billed monthly and renew automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Open Settings and use the Billing panel to open the Stripe billing portal, then cancel your subscription there. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Cancelling stops future renewals. It is not the same as a refund. Where you have already paid for the current month, your paid features generally stay available through the end of that paid-through period, and then your account returns to the free calculator.

Your saved data is not deleted automatically when a subscription ends. If you want your data removed, make a request through Help & Contact.

Payments are generally non-refundable, including for partial months and periods where the service was not used. We do not offer prorated refunds for cancelling mid-month.

Exceptions: where a refund is required by applicable law, or where Main Street Profit expressly approves one — for example a duplicate charge or a clear billing error.

If you think you were charged incorrectly, contact support with the date and amount and we will look into it.

If a renewal payment fails, paid access may pause until payment succeeds. We may change subscription prices in the future; any change would apply to future billing periods and we would give notice before it takes effect.
